RETURNS:
Returns must be processed via the above link AND sent back within 15 days  of original delivery date to be eligible for store credit.

Please ensure your package will arrive in time to WKND HQ.

REFUNDS:  WKNDchasers does not offer offer refunds of any kind, ONLY STORE CREDIT. 

RETURN CRITERIA: 
The item must be new, unaltered, tags intact, and unused condition (no signs of wear, damage, makeup marks). If an item is received after the 15 day policy or we find signs of wear/damage the package will be returned to you and NO STORE CREDIT will be issued. All items MUST have tags still attached and shoes must be in original packaging.

RETURN PROCESS: 
Once your return(s) is submitted through our returns portal here, it will be in review.  After your return is approved by WKNDchasers, you will receive an email with info to ship back your item. Please make sure your return(s) includes your NAME and ORDER NUMBER when it is sent back.  

We strongly recommend that you send your return(s) back with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit.

RETURN SHIPPING COST:

 We do not pay /cover the return fee. Once your return is processed the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your store credit.

STORE CREDIT:
Once we receive your return back at WKNDchasers warehouse, it will be processed for store credit within 3-5 business days. After your return is processed, you will receive an email with your store credit information.

EXCHANGES: Due to the fast selling nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. You are welcome to return your item for store credit to use towards the same item in a different size (if it's available). Otherwise, store credit can be used towards anything else on our website

FINAL SALE: All store sales (Black Friday Deals, Sale Items, Birthday Sales, Flash Sales, etc are not eligible for returns as they are final sale)

Missing/Destroyed Items: Any issues with missing, lost, undelivered, or stolen orders must have notified us within 15 days of delivery date. If the item was lost or not received you must notify us within 15 days of your order date.

If Route insurance is not purchased at checkout, you will have to file a claim with the shipping carrier which could take up to 2-3 weeks to resolve.

WKNDchasers is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once your tracking information indicates "Delivered”, WKNDchasers is not responsible for stolen or missing items. - This is where Route kicks in and you file a claim and is seamless and easy as 1-2-3.   

If you do not purchase Route you, the customer, is responsible to contact your local post office with questions regarding a lost or stolen package to file a claim immediately.

Items ship out of Utah warehouse and items normally ship out within 2-5 days via USPS or UPS.
